Q1. After placing an order, how many handymen will contact me?
A1. Usually, a maximum of 3 handymen will contact you with quotes; for interior decoration and painting projects, the maximum is 5.
Q2. If I have already made an appointment with one handyman, how can I prevent other handymen from calling me?
A2. You can click on "Select a Handyman" and once you have selected the handyman, the order will no longer be open for other handymen to contact you with quotes.
Q3. Do the handymen who contact me have licenses?
A3. All handymen who successfully join the platform have relevant technical licenses. To protect your rights, we encourage you to ask the handymen to show their license when they visit your home.
Q4. Why is the phone number of the handyman who contacted me different from the information in the App after I placed the order?
A4. This may be because the handyman is using a different phone to contact you. If you feel uneasy, you can refuse their service or contact us for follow-up. To protect your rights, we encourage you to ask the handymen to show their license when they visit your home.
Q5. How can I view customer reviews of handymen?
A5. You can view the handyman's reviews, contact information, and licenses held by clicking on "Order Details" in "Order Records" and selecting "Handyman Profile".
Q6. Do you provide 24-hour service?
A6. Our matching service operates 24 hours a day, and you can easily contact handymen who provide 24-hour service through the "Call Handyman" App.
Q7. What if I can't find a suitable handyman?
A7. You can choose to place a new order until you find a suitable handyman.
Q8. If the handyman's attitude or service quality is poor, who can I report it to?
A8. You can rate the handyman and write a review after completing the order; you can also call us to reflect, and customer service will follow up. For handymen with poor service quality, we will terminate all their rights to use this platform.
Q9. I can't find the right service category to place an order, what should I do?
A9. You can choose "Miscellaneous Repair" or "Custom Requests" and fill in the space with the services you need.
Q10. Can I cancel the order after placing it?
A10. Yes, but the handyman's information will no longer be displayed.
Q11. When the handyman accepts the order, I will see his contact information. Can I call him?

A12. If the handyman is not interested in taking the order after a preliminary understanding, they will cancel it.
